BASED IN SCRIPTURE​​

For years, Israel (Northern Kingdom of Israel and Southern Kingdom of Judah) rebelled against God by seeking after other gods, marrying foreign women that led them astray and creating political alliances with the unequally yoked.

 

God’s warnings finally came to fruition when the Assyrians destroyed Israel and the Babylonians carried the remnant of Judah away.

 

However, God also promised Israel’s remnant restoration to their lands after 70 years of punishment and turning of hearts back to Him. Israel then returns to their land in 3 waves.

 

Ezra the scribe and eventual governor was part of the 1st wave. With it, God worked in the hearts of man, back to Himself.

We are working towards discipleship, where the older disciples the younger.
