Grace Independent Baptist Church (GIBC) was founded by Missionary Duane Ott in 1981. With his wife Geraldine, they established a vibrant ministry that emphasises sound preaching, discipleship and children ministries.
By God’s providence, they were led to our current location on Upper Changi Road.

Our leaders are governed by the authority of God and serve the Chief Shepherd, our Lord Jesus Christ. The Leadership Team’s goal is to equip fellow believers for ministry as we look towards the return of our Lord.
PASTOR NGIAN PING
Senior Pastor
Pastor Ping came to faith in Christ at age ten through GIBC’s children ministry. He has a B.S. in Music Education, a M.A. in Bible, and a Master's of Divinity from Bob Jones University.
Called by the Lord to serve Him in ministry, he was ordained as Senior Pastor in 2007. He and his wife, Melanie, have three children: Paton, Judson and Prentiss.
Passionate about the discipleship of Christ’s flock, Pastor Ping desires to lead his congregation in sound doctrine.
